I’m Dr. Heather Evans, an Osteopathic Physician and the founder of Tensegrity Health & Aesthetics. My passion for healthcare and aesthetics allows me to blend science with artistry, enhancing natural beauty while optimizing overall health. Seeing clients gain confidence and vitality through our treatments is truly fulfilling.
I earned my B.S. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of New Hampshire (Summa Cum Laude, 2002) and my Doctorate from the University of New England College of Osteopathic Medicine (2006). My training includes a Family Medicine Residency (Chief Resident, 2008-2009) and a Fellowship in Neuromuscular Medicine.
Tensegrity Health & Aesthetics was born from my vision to create a space where wellness and aesthetics intersect. Recognizing the need for personalized, high-quality care, I combined my medical expertise with innovative treatments to offer a holistic approach to health and beauty.

I specialize in medical aesthetics—including Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, and skin rejuvenation—while also focusing on wellness services such as weight management, hormone optimization, and regenerative medicine. Outside of work, I’m a proud mom of two teenagers, an avid traveler, and a fitness enthusiast. While I love great food and wine, I’ll admit—I’m not a fan of cooking!
