Morpheus8 is a safe, effective, and non-surgical treatment for full body skin resurfacing, skin tightening, and fat reduction of stubborn areas. It uses minimally invasive fractional radiofrequency energy (RF) to penetrate the skin deeper than other microneedling devices, triggering the skin’s natural healing response to promote skin tightening and lifting.
With age, skin can lose its elasticity, leading to wrinkles, lines, and sagging. Morpheus8 is a minimally invasive procedure that uses a matrix of micro pins to rejuvenate deeper layers of the skin, resulting in very minimal downtime. After treatment, we recommend using only our recommended moisturizer on the treated areas for 72 hours to prevent infection and inflammation, allowing the microchannels to heal fully. Patients may experience mild redness, similar to a sunburn, for about 24 hours, and some tiny raised bumps (especially on the neck) may appear, but these typically resolve within a few days.
After a Morpheus8 treatment, patients should moisturize the treated area with iS Clinical Sheald moisturizer and avoid direct sun exposure for 72 hours. It is also recommended to avoid makeup for the first 72 hours, though eye makeup, such as mascara, is acceptable. After the 72-hour period, patients should use a broad-spectrum sunscreen daily. Not only does sunscreen help reduce the risk of skin cancer, but it also minimizes wrinkles and slows the aging process, ensuring optimal long-term results.
